Edgardo Saldana, Founder
Edgardo Saldana is a resident of Clifton, New Jersey. He is a specialist in risk analysis with extensive experience in project management, supervising finance, technology, mergers and acquisitions, capital and intellectual property transactions in excess of more than one billion dollars ($1 billion) in aggregate cost. Certified as a Forensic Auditor, Mr. Saldana was employed with AT&T and Lucent Technologies for over fourteen years, working first as an auditor handling financial and operational auditing of both domestic and international accounts and later as a Project Manager, troubleshooting projects in ten different countries. During his tenure with the AT&T and Lucent Technologies, Mr. Saldana was instrumental in developing strategy and architecture for clients in alignment with their business plans. Mr. Saldana concluded his career with Lucent Technologies managing a billion-dollar ($1 billion) transaction for the company’s China business unit. After leaving the company, Mr. Saldana founded and managed a New Jersey mortgage company with three retail branches employing over forty loan officers, originating more than three hundred million dollars ($300 million) in residential mortgage loans and funding new construction projects in excess of eight million dollars ($8 million). Currently Mr. Saldana is a principal in Montraville Developers, Inc., the developer of a one-billion-dollar ($1 billion) hotel resort complex in Basseterre, St. Kitts, W.I. He is also a partner in a venture holding the majority interest in the largest commercial building in the City of Passaic, New Jersey. Mr. Saldana has personally handled more than eighty fix and flip transactions throughout the State of New Jersey. He has extensive financial analysis, project management, strategic planning and executive team leadership skills. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kean University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He is bilingual in both the English and Spanish languages. He is married to his wife, Griselda, and is the father of two children.

Andres Perez is an experienced real estate professional with over twenty years of experience in the industry. Mr. Perez most recently founded Ready Mortgage Lenders, a mortgage lender based in Miami, Florida. The company has been approved by HUD, FHA, VA, USDA and is a direct endorsement lender. Through the leadership skills of Mr. Perez, the company has produced over $150 million in loans over a three-year period. Ready Mortgage Lenders has been approved by over fifteen investors in conventional and government insured mortgages, three reverse mortgage investors, five mortgage insurance companies and two warehouse lines with over $40 million in lending capabilities. Prior to founding Ready Mortgage Lenders, Mr. Perez served as a Branch Manager for EMB in Miami, Florida where he was primarily responsible for managing branch operations and recruiting mortgage loan originators and processors. Mr. Perez also served as the President of Branpher Group in Miami, Florida where he generated over $212 million in gross sales by purchasing and negotiating financing for multi-family buildings that were converted to condominiums. Mr. Perez has also served as a Mortgage Professional with GCMB, in Coral Gables, Florida and with Interamerican Financial Services in Miami, Florida. He is licensed as a Mortgage Broker by the State of Florida. Mr. Perez resides in Florida with his wife and children.
Andrea Mullen has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years and has worked on several real estate projects from rehabilitation projects to ground up construction. She has worked with various non -profits on their real estate projects in addition; she has also worked with the Local 55 Union in rehabilitation of a 3-family house that was approved by the City of Newark. Moreover; Andrea and the team has been approved by the City of Newark to build a 70 Unit building. Andrea and her partners are currently working with the Urban League of Essex County and other non-profits to create affordable housing. As the daughter of parent who grew up in Newark and worked for the Newark Board of Education, we are highly invested in the Newark community and surrounding areas. Andrea obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. She also volunteers for various charities and is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

Mr. Bagnara’s focus is in the title insurance industry, where he has nearly twenty years of experience. Mr. Bagnara routinely works with title holders, lenders and real estate professionals to resolve title issues and obstacles, helping to avoid possible potential title defects and landmines. Mr. Bagnara holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University. He is involved in several charitable and not-for-profit organizations and resides in northern New Jersey with his wife and three sons.

Brian Lutzker resides in Old Bridge, New Jersey. He is certified as an Appraiser by the State of New Jersey and in that capacity, he evaluates neighborhoods, performs site analyses, determines market values, and the highest and best uses for residential real estate. During his career Mr. Lutzker has completed numerous URAR single family, condominium, FHA 1-4 family, market value, review, land value, income approach and cooperative appraisals. Mr. Lutzker holds a Degree in Business Administration from Kean University, Union, New Jersey. He is also certified as a Microsoft Systems Engineer.
Cedric Lebrun is the principal broker and owner of Discount Realty Consultants, Inc. and has been involved with over 1,000 closings since being licensed in 1988. Cedric has vast knowledge of the overall New York, New Jersey and Florida marketplace, having managed sales offices for Remax Metro R.E. Inc, Fortune 2000 Real Estate and most recently, the Island Advantage Realty, LLC Queens office for three years, with company-wide sales of over 1,200 between 2008 and 2011. In 2012, Cedric opened Discount Realty Consultants, Inc. a successful real estate company located in Floral Park, New Jersey, and has enjoyed pending, and closed, MLS documented sales of over $30 million in the past 36 months. Cedric has vast knowledge of REO sales, estates, short sales, mixed-use, and retail sales. He is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman Real Estate training program and has helped numerous buyers enjoy the dream of home ownership throughout the years. Cedric is an estate strategist with 15 years of experience. His other areas of expertise include foreclosures and short-sales, as well as being a buyer's agent and a listing agent.

Kenneth Khan-Woods BSc. Chemistry MSc. Specialization -Nuclear Chemistry with over 20 years’ experience in Chemistry/Real Estate Development. Kenneth co-founded Quantum Chemical & Computer Services and has worked extensively in the area of Chemistry. He has served as the Director and Lead Instructor at Tutoring Centers at several CUNY schools and developed the curriculum and formats for tutoring students at multiple levels including graduate level STEM. Kenneth then branched off into Real Estate Development and served as Chief Strategist for Developers, coordinating all processes from land acquisition, through construction phases thereby providing them with his expertise in renovation and building rehabilitation NY & NJ. Kenneth served as Project Manager of the construction of 2 High Schools in Paterson NJ.(Harp Academy & Yes Academy) and was the General Contractor for the construction of a preschool (Concerned Parents for Head Start) Kenneth is the Lead contractor in retrofitting warehouse spaces to live workspace in NJ and served as a contractor for The Urban League of Essex County in Newark NJ. Kenneth has collaborated with other Minority contractors to secure 203 K projects for first-time homebuyers in NJ.
